What to know before your stay
Check-in and check-out
Rooms are ready from 15:00; check-out is at 12:00. Late check-out until 14:00 is complimentary on request, subject to availability.
Payment
- For bank transfers, a 30% deposit is due within 48 hours.
- The balance is paid on arrival by cash or card.
Cancellation
- Cancellations up to 5 days before arrival receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Later cancellations and no-shows are charged the first night.
- New Year and holiday bookings are non-refundable.
